Infrastructure - Quarantine
To avoid spreading diseases, all animals are first examined, kept for a certain time at the quarantine and well observed. Ill animals are also put into one of the 5 rooms at the quarantine. Hygiene is very important, specially when many diffrent animals are kept in a close area, as it is the case at the amazoonico. Therefore all the enclosures are cleaned twice and desinfected at least once a day.
