At Liana Lodge we employ mainly local staff from our Quichwa community, who receive regular onsite training and help from external specialists. The hotel provides a regular income to more than 15 families in the region.
Each one works with respect and the highest motivation and with the aim to serve you and make your stay with us not only pleasant but also unforgettable.
Our guides speak Quichwa and Spanish. For an additional charge you may ask for a translator for your tours with the guide.
At the reception and administration we also speak German and English.
